Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons of non-compliance with Italian Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004:

1. C.9.1.1.1 – Non-text content: there is non-text content presented to the user that does not have an equivalent text alternative.
2. C.9.1.2.1 – Audio-only and video-only (prerecorded): for some prerecorded audio-only or video-only media, equivalent information is not provided in an alternative format.
3. C.9.1.4.1 – Use of color: in some cases, color alone has been used to identify a purpose or to distinguish information or a function.
4. C.9.1.4.3 – Minimum contrast: the visual presentation of text and images of text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except as provided by the regulations (e.g. logotypes).
5. C.9.1.4.10 – Reflow: content that does not require two-dimensional layout (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the size displayed by the user agent changes.
6. C.9.1.4.11 – Non-text contrast: for some essential components, including in their various states, the color contrast ratio with adjacent elements does not exceed 3:1.
7. C.9.2.2.2 – Pause, Stop, Hide: for some animations, blinking, scrolling, or auto-updating information that starts automatically, lasts more than five seconds, or is presented in parallel with other content, no mechanism is provided to pause, stop, or hide them.
8. C.9.3.1.1 – Language of page: on some pages, the language is not defined.
9. C.9.3.3.2 – Labels or instructions: in some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when content requires user input.
